How long does delivery take?

All products are made to order using 3D printing and hand-finishing.

Production time: 2–7 business days (depending on the product and order volume)

Shipping time: 1–2 business days via courier or locker after dispatch

During busy periods (holidays or special campaigns), timelines may increase slightly. You will receive email updates as your order progresses.

What materials do you use?

We use carefully selected materials, chosen for both functional performance and the tactile and visual qualities of each product.

Our creations are primarily made from high-quality polymers for 3D printing, selected for durability, stability, and a refined matte finish. Most materials are plant-based and recyclable, with a reduced environmental impact.

For selected designs, we also use natural complementary materials such as cork, chosen for its warm texture and insulating properties.

Our products are available in a carefully curated color palette, selected to complement the form and material of each design.

Standard colors are those shown on the product page. Occasionally, we release special colors or limited editions, depending on the collection and material availability.

If you’re interested in a specific color for a particular product, feel free to contact us before placing your order. We’ll let you know if it’s possible from both a technical and aesthetic perspective.

Do you offer discounts?

We do not offer permanent discounts. Our prices reflect the fact that each product is made to order, using carefully selected materials and a controlled production process.

Occasionally, we may run limited-time offers or special releases, which are announced on the site or via our newsletter.

For larger orders or custom projects, feel free to contact us before placing an order. Depending on quantity and complexity, we can provide a personalized offer.

Can products be personalized?

Personalization is possible within certain limits, depending on the product.

Some designs can be customized through color, size, or subtle details, such as laser-engraved text on the cork insert (for products that include one). This option is designed to remain discreet and to preserve the form and function of the product.

Available personalization options are listed on each compatible product page. For custom requests not shown on the site, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and timing.

Do you develop custom products and B2B collaborations?

Yes. We work on custom-made products and B2B collaborations, tailored to specific needs and contexts.

We collaborate with florists, art galleries, design studios, architects, interior designers, as well as on special projects, limited series, events, or corporate gifts.

If you’re interested in a collaboration or have a project in mind, please reach out via the contact form. We’ll discuss your ideas and evaluate feasibility, timelines, and scope together.

Do you ship outside Romania?

At the moment, international shipping is not enabled directly on the website. This option will be available in a future update.

If you’re interested in delivery outside Romania, please contact us via the contact form. We’ll review your request and provide a tailored solution based on destination and product type.

How do i receive my invoice?

The fiscal invoice is included in the package. If needed, we can also send it electronically by email.

How do I return a product?

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the contact form or directly at contact@icris.ro.

The product must be unused and properly packaged. Please note that made-to-order or personalized products are not eligible for return.

What should I do if my product arrived damaged?

If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the parcel and asking the courier to note the damage.

If you have already accepted the delivery and discover damage afterward, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@icris.ro, including clear photos and a short description of the issue. We’ll review the situation and get back to you with a solution as quickly as possible.
