Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the ICRIS website (https://www.icris.ro), operated by Crismariu-Tănase Ionuț-Gabriel PFA, Romania.


1. Available Shipping Methods

ICRIS offers the following shipping methods:

  • Courier delivery to address – via partner courier companies (e.g. Fan Courier, Sameday, Cargus, etc.);

  • Locker delivery (easybox or similar) – available for eligible orders.


2. Processing Time

All products are made to order using 3D printing technology.

The processing time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on order volume and product complexity.


3. Delivery Time

After processing is completed:

  • delivery usually takes 1–2 business days for both courier-to-address and locker deliveries.

During peak periods (holidays, promotional campaigns, Black Friday, etc.), delivery delays may occur that are beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on the order value, selected courier, and available delivery options.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing:

  • the tracking number (AWB);

  • a link to track the delivery.


6. Products Damaged During Transport

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel at contact@icris.ro attaching:

  • relevant photographs;

  • a brief description of the issue.

We will review the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve it.


7. Additional Information

ICRIS is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Please ensure that the delivery details are correct before completing your order.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from a locker, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
