Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
The ICRIS.RO website is an online store operated by Crismariu-Tănasa Ionuț-Gabriel PFA, based in Romania.
For any questions or complaints, you can contact us at the email address provided on the website.
By accessing the website and/or placing an order, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to the policies published on the website.
2. Products and Orders
The products presented on the website are made to order, using 3D printing technology, and are described as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, minor variations in colour, texture, or surface finish (such as visible 3D printing layer lines) may occur. These variations are considered normal and acceptable.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, specifications, and prices without prior notice.
An order becomes binding once it has been confirmed by email.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in RON and are valid at the time the order is placed.
Payments are made online by bank card through the secure payment service provided by Shopify (Shopify Payments or other payment providers integrated into the platform).
ICRIS does not store and does not have access to your card details.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered via partner courier services, in accordance with the information provided in the Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and the customer’s location. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier company.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason, except in cases provided by law.
Products made to order according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. custom dimensions or modifications upon request) are not eligible for withdrawal, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national legislation.

6. User Accounts
You may place orders with or without creating a user account.
You have the right to request the deletion of your account at any time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
7. Limitation of Liability and Product Use
ICRIS shall not be held liable for technical errors, temporary website interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website, to the extent permitted by law.
Use of PLA Products
The products are primarily made from PLA, an environmentally friendly material that is sensitive to high temperatures.
It is recommended that these products be used in environments with temperatures below 50°C. Exposure to higher temperatures may result in permanent deformation.
Damage caused under such conditions or through improper use is not covered by our liability.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, design, products) is the property of Crismariu-Tănase Ionuț-Gabriel PFA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without the prior written consent of the rights holder.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfil contractual obligations caused by force majeure events, in accordance with applicable legislation.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and Romania.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.
